Inspections

At Priority Property Group, we conduct thorough inspections at key intervals to protect your investment and maintain your property's quality. After each inspection, a detailed report is provided to you and uploaded to your owner portal for future reference.

Inspection Timeline Includes:

  1. Initial Property Visit / Make-Ready Inspection: To assess the condition of the property and recommend any necessary repairs or improvements before marketing.

  2. Move-In Inspection: Conducted before the tenant occupies the property, documenting its condition with detailed photos.

  3. Routine Inspections During Tenancy: Regular inspections to ensure the tenant is maintaining the property and to catch any potential issues early.

  4. Move-Out Inspection: Performed after the tenant vacates, comparing the condition to the move-in inspection.

Additionally, during any maintenance visits, our team takes the opportunity to inspect the premises for any other concerns.

End of Tenancy:

When a tenant moves out, we will compare the move-out inspection with the move-in inspection. Any damages or issues outside of normal wear and tear will be documented, and appropriate deductions will be made from the tenant's security deposit.
