Leasing Overview

Once we have a qualified applicant, we’ll prepare the lease agreement for their signature. Our lease includes the standard NC Realtor Form 410-T, complemented by our custom-tailored addendum designed to provide you, the landlord, with additional protections based on our extensive experience.

Using the 410-T is a strategic choice, as it’s a standard form widely recognized by the courts. In the rare event that legal action is required, this agreement provides a solid foundation.

After the lease is signed, a copy will be shared with you and uploaded to your owner portal, ensuring you have access to it at any time.

Unless otherwise specified, tenants will be responsible for all utilities, landscaping, regular air filter replacements, and maintaining tenant liability insurance.
