To make showings efficient and accessible, we use Tenant Turner for secure self-showings. Prospects complete a pre-screening process before receiving access to tour the home. Approved prospects are issued a one-time, geo-tracked access code for the electronic lockbox, allowing them to view the property on their schedule while maintaining strong security controls. We monitor showing activity and regularly check on vacant homes to ensure they remain secure and well maintained.

We also promote available homes through our social media channels to further expand reach and attract qualified applicants.
