As a PPG owner-client you will have a secure online owner portal which will contain all related property documents, including inspection reports, the management agreement, the tenant lease package, property invoices, and monthly and annual financial reports – all available for download.
You receive your monthly owner distribution through a secure ACH bank transfer around the 10th day of each month.
You receive a 1099 property tax reporting form at year-end for your tax preparation.
